The room was always very clean. the hotel is in a fab location, right in the center. the staff were helpful and friendly.
The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything going on in other rooms. the noise isolation from outside was very weak and we were constantly woken up by noise on the street.

The location is excellent, with a metro station across the street. Great restaurants, cafes, and retail shops nearby. The property is clean and the wifi is reliable. The staff is friendly and bilingual. The room is comfortable and has a good ventilation system.

We had a fantastic view of the Madrid rooftops from our room, which made our stay at Hostal Josefina truly memorable. The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The location on Gran Via was perfect and made it easy for us to explore the city. Despite being situated on a busy street, the room was surprisingly quiet. I would highly recommend this budget hostel for its lovely view and great location.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in the center is perfect for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as air conditioning and a TV, are satisfactory. The breakfast at the rooftop with its wonderful view and wide selection is definitely a highlight.
